  • Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Evaluate processes to reduce variation and improve first-pass yield.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Identify inspection equipment, tooling, gauges, and personnel requirements needed to support quality objectives.
  • Participate in new product introduction and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
  • Support leadership with strategic quality planning and long-term improvement projects.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase productivity while maintaining or improving product quality.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce risk, improve process capability, and increase customer confidence.
