Driven by a passion for fitness, the full-time remote Membership Sales Advisor will manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls, run consultations, and close new Training Squad memberships while ensuring a seamless handoff to Studio Management. Key responsibilities Make a high volume of calls daily to engage leads and confirm consultations Run consultations, understand prospects' goals, and effectively close memberships Report on sales metrics and collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve funnel performance Required qualifications Proven track record in high-volume sales and closing memberships Experience in consultative selling and matching clients to services Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Coachable attitude with a genuine care for community and member experience
