SureCrete LLC is a fast-growing concrete and civil construction contractor based in Dallas, TX, with active projects across the southern United States. Our work includes underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, and concrete paving. With a modern fleet of equipment and an experienced workforce, we deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support our project management team on large-scale civil and concrete projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare, log, and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built records

• Assist with schedule development and updates

• Support quantity takeoffs and cost tracking

• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules

• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes

• Assist with subcontractor coordination and compliance documentation

• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports

• Support the estimating team on bid preparation as needed

• Assist with pay applications and schedule of values

• Support field operations with plan interpretation and quantity verification

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
