Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Operate yard equipment including Straddle Carrier, Top Handler, Large Forklift, and Crane for ESS container handling. Perform container (ESS) loading, unloading, storing, and relocation within the yard. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues. Follow all safety procedures and comply with yard operational guidelines. Work closely with yard supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow. Qualifications Proven experience operating one or more machines of the following: Straddle Carrier Top Handler, Reach Stacker Large Forklift Crane (Crawler Crane 250ton+) Understanding of container handling operations in yard environments. Valid equipment operation certifications. Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. Willingness to work shifts as needed. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
