We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Member to join our front-of-house crew. In this role, you will prepare quality coffee and pastry orders, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily shop operations in a vibrant, semi-fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver friendly, professional service.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Craft handcrafted coffee beverages and serve fresh pastries efficiently.
- Shop Upkeep: Maintain impeccably clean and organized work, counter, and service areas throughout the day.
- Team Collaboration: Share daily responsibilities evenly with teammates to ensure smooth shift operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliability: Strong punctuality; able to arrive 3–5 minutes before shift start ready to work.
- Professionalism: Maintains excellent personal hygiene, clean presentation, and professional conduct.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs.
- Focus: Committed to an engaging, phone-free work environment during shifts.
