• Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; candidates must have flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays and 10-hour shifts that may run 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Description

A manufacturing operation is seeking an  Assembly Packer to box, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment. In this role, you will help ensure products are packaged correctly, meet quality standards, and are ready to ship on schedule. This position involves standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, and working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with overtime as production needs require.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and label finished products according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities, padding, sealing, and labeling. 
• Stack and secure finished boxes on pallets using established patterns, stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or straps. 
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify quality standards before boxing and palletizing. 
• Operate pallet jacks and industrial pneumatic staplers while following established safety procedures. 
• Report product, packaging, or equipment issues to supervisors and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. 
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing  up to 45 pounds or more on a regular basis. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift, bend, and reach. 
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and labeling, with strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and maintain schedule flexibility for overtime, Saturdays, and extended shifts as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $15 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
