The Dentologie Capitol Hill dental practice is hiring a kind, patient-focused Dental Hygienist! Nestled in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, our office serves as a sanctuary amid the dynamic urban landscape. Come be part of something special! As a full-time member of an incredible and highly respected hygiene team with Dentologie, you can expect: $67-$75/hour, guaranteed! Sign-On Bonus: $3,500* Multiple Monthly Bonus Opportunities!
- Predictable schedule for work-life balance in a single practice.
- PTO: accrue 5 days of PTO in year 1, 10 days in year 2, and 15 days by year 3.
- Day 1 Mentorship: both support and mentoring from our senior Hygiene leader(s)!
- Laser Therapy training along with other CE including CPR renewal.
- Comprehensive, full benefits package including commuter and scrub allowance.
- Dentologie uses Dentrix Ascend as the DPMS; the latest model of iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers.
- Hu-Friedy instruments.
- Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license + Local Anesthesia certified.
- Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed.
- Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
- Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
- Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
- Instruct patients on pre/post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
- 3,500 sign-on bonus (*3 days/wk min.) + monthly bonus opportunity
- 50/month for mass transit or parking expenses
