Role Description The Managing Partner in Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Burnsville, MN, designed to develop future leaders who will oversee club operations and member experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and executing core operational processes, supporting daily gym opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. This role assists in leading and coaching team members, supporting hiring and onboarding, and reinforcing company values and performance standards on the floor. The Managing Partner in Training helps drive membership sales, retention, and service excellence by engaging members, resolving concerns, and promoting programs, classes, and amenities. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, supporting local marketing initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to implement growth strategies while modeling a high-energy, #NoJudgments culture. Qualifications Leadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance feedback, and the ability to inspire a high-energy, member-focused culture. Strong customer service and communication skills to build relationships with members, address concerns, and represent the brand’s #NoJudgments philosophy. Operational and organizational skills, such as attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow and improve processes for club efficiency and safety. Sales and business acumen, including comfort with membership sales, goal tracking, basic financial metrics, and supporting local marketing and promotion efforts. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and supporting continuous improvement in club performance. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a high-traffic fitness environment. Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a service-focused industry is preferred; previous supervisory or management experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
