Senior HRMS Administrator

Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Senior HRMS Administrator to join our Human Resources department. This position is a FULL-TIME opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work model. Reporting to the HRMS Manager, the Senior HRMS Administrator/Consultant serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of MAPMG’s HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will lead complex HRMS initiatives, partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy. This position plays a key role in expanding automation, improving data integrity, enhancing reporting and analytics, and delivering a seamless employee experience. What is required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR systems administration, systems configuration, and troubleshooting experience Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience with UKG Pro and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Experience supporting benefits administration systems, including open enrollment, life events, and carrier integrations is required Demonstrated experience managing HR systems integrations, including interfaces with external vendors, and strong understanding of APIs and SFTPs Experience coordinating and supporting HRMS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities Must be able to commute to Washington D.C., on an as-needed basis Candidates must either currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area Must provide documentation for the influenza vaccine as a condition of employment Competitive Benefits: Competitive compensation package 100% employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums for employees and families effective on the first day of employment Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick leave, plus maternity and parental leave Pension plan, and 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage Education reimbursement The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $100,452 to $120,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
