Summary:
The main function of the Ads Marketing B2B Designer is to work with internal stakeholders to develop and design high-performing and innovative campaign creative and assets to reach B2B audiences against performance metrics such as conversions, clicks and revenue KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver innovative, high-performing, on-brand campaign creative at scale in order to meet marketing objectives and achieve campaign goals
• Explore and innovate on existing brand structures in order to elevate brand narrative storytelling for specific objectives and KPIs
• Lead and own entirety of campaign creation, delivery and workflows, including campaign creative handoffs and review sessions with internal and agency designers in order to ensure highest quality branded deliverables across all campaign touchpoints (social, web, CRM, etc)
• Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure strategies and objectives are delivered in visually compelling ways across all branded creative
• Work as part of a high-volume, cross-functional creative team, meeting deadlines across changing priorities and shifting workflows
• Contribute to the development and optimization of design and motion workflows, consistently iterating to ensure industry leading best practices are followed and standardized
• Pitch, explain and shepherd great work through from strategy, to conception, execution, iteration and replication
• Ability to conceptualize and design a compelling hero campaign look and translate it seamlessly across channels, formats, and messaging, while rapidly developing and testing creative variations at scale.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Brand Design or comparable proficiency
• 7-10 years of experience working in high-volume, fast-paced agency, product, tech or large B2B brand

Top skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience designing fresh and innovative campaigns for large B2B and B2C brands
• Experience in brand design, exploring and innovating brands for specific markets, messages and audiences
• Ability to explain design concepts, provide feedback and own projects from strategy to execution
• Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools such as Pardot or Marketo
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, and blog layouts with a conversion-focused mindset
• Experience partnering closely with growth or demand-generation teams
• Performance-based design thinker, able to use analytics and performance reporting to inform creative decisions is a plus
• Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus

Pay Transparency:  The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $93.00 - $93.01/hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
