Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients using our secure online platform. \n
- Assess client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with their mental health objectives. \n
- Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on updated assessments. \n

The clients you will serve range in age and backgrounds, many of whom are seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will include developing strong rapport with clients, fostering a safe space for open dialogue, and equipping them with coping skills and strategies necessary for personal growth and recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- Active mental health licensure from the state of California is mandatory. Acceptable licenses include: \n
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) \n
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) \n
- Experience in providing individual therapy using evidence-based practices. \n
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy sessions, demonstrating the ability to adapt to technology. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on engagement and empathy in client communications. \n
