Entry Level Sales Representative

Our team is growing and we're looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join us as Entry Level Sales Representative.

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

This is a 100% remote position with training, mentorship, and leads provided at no cost. No prior sales or insurance experience is required.

What You'll Do:

You'll work virtually with working-class families, including members of labor unions, credit unions, and associations, to help them understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

Conduct virtual appointments via Zoom
Explain available benefits and coverage options
Help clients complete the enrollment process
Participate in ongoing development and leadership training
