HOSTESS – BARN JOO USQ
Barn Joo USQ is looking for a friendly, polished, and outgoing Hostess to join our team in Union Square.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of hosting experience who is confident, welcoming, well-presented, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment while creating a warm and positive first impression for every guest.
Responsibilities- Warmly greet and welcome guests
- Manage reservations and seating flow
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Assist with maintaining a smooth flow throughout the dining room
- Provide professional and attentive guest service
- 2+ years of host/hostess experience required
- Restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Warm, friendly, and professional personality
- Well-presented and confident
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
$20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
