NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse (RN) -Outpatient Urology Clinic

Outpatient Urology Practice
Pay: $40/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7: 30 AM -4: 30 PM
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Our client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join their busy outpatient urology practice! This is a great opportunity to work in a specialty clinic setting with a collaborative healthcare team and consistent weekday hours.

Responsibilities Include:
Assessing and triaging patient concerns in person and by phone
Coordinating care with providers and clinical staff
Communicating treatment plans, test results, and follow-up instructions
Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions
Documenting patient care accurately within the EMR system
Preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining supplies
Providing patient and family education on health conditions and disease prevention
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes appropriately
Maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinic protocols

Qualifications:
• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification required | ACLS preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Urology experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and EMR/computer skills
• Ability to work professionally and compassionately in a fast-paced outpatient setting
