Technology Project Manager
Lead delivery across a growing engineering organization, partnering with Data Engineering and Application Development teams. This is a hands-on, engineering-focused TPM role (not a traditional PMO coordinator) responsible for coordinating approximately 12 concurrent technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple concurrent engineering initiatives across ~12 workstreams
• Build project plans, manage dependencies, and drive accountability
• Screen and manage the backlog; provide status updates and executive reporting
• Support major kickoffs and keep initiatives on track
• Remove roadblocks and improve delivery processes
• Work across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years leading technical projects within engineering organizations
• Hands-on familiarity with Python, PySpark, Spark, and Databricks
• Strong organizational and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority; analytical problem solver
• BA/documentation experience a plus
