Pays $25 per post or reel Create and publish at least one Instagram post or Reel per week that aligns with the organization's mission, programs, and events. Develop engaging social media content that highlights the organization's impact, success stories, volunteer opportunities, and community initiatives. Design professional and visually appealing graphics using Canva . Write compelling captions that reflect the organization's voice and encourage audience engagement. Capture and share behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during events, programs, and activities whenever possible. Take high-quality photos and short videos at organizational events for use on social media and marketing materials. Create Instagram Reels from event footage, BTS moments, and program highlights. Maintain a consistent brand image, tone, and messaging across social media content. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to identify content opportunities and gather stories from programs. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement notifications and report important inquiries to staff as needed. Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and content assets for future use. Stay current with Instagram trends, features, and best practices to increase audience engagement and visibility. Assist with promoting upcoming events, campaigns, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure all photos and content shared comply with organizational policies regarding participant privacy and media consent.
