Materials Coordinator I

Warehouse Position

Responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of outgoing shipments of finished goods, samples and other materials as required, including preparation, packaging and labeling.

Efficient receipt of materials.

Communicate cross functionally and with carriers to ensure alignment.

Prepare documentation as per GDP requirements.

Complete daily clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory locations.

Assist with staging, component / sample requests and investigations.

Provide input on inventory level inquires. Maintain compliant and efficient daily operations of the Warehouse.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.

Perform several tasks simultaneously and be flexible to changing priorities. Must be able to organize and prioritize effectively in order to accomplish tasks assigned.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Provide direction to the forklift operators and task them out as needed.

Understand and be compliant with company policies, SOPs and GMPs.

Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and compliance.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience in a regulated environment preferred. Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must possess a professional attitude and be detail orientated with strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
