Shift 2nd after training is complete

On call for emergency

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, works well independently or as part of a team, and is committed to minimizing downtime while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial equipment

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures

· Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment specifications

· Install new equipment and assist with equipment upgrades or modifications

· Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and calibration of control systems

· Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory records

· Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

· Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment reliability

· Weld, fabricate, or machine replacement parts as needed

· Participate in on-call or rotating shift coverage as required

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred

· 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field

· Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V), motor controls, and basic PLC operation

· Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

· Proficiency with hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment

· Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals

· Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

· Basic computer skills for maintenance software/CMMS systems

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods

· Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels

· Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when required

Preferred Skills

· Welding/fabrication experience

· Forklift certification

· Experience with SCADA or building automation systems

· OSHA 10/30 certification
