Job Advertisement: QA/QC Manager – Data Center Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our team and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for our data center operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control policies, procedures, and standards for data center projects and operations. Oversee and manage all QA/QC activities, including inspections, audits, and testing, to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns. Prepare and present detailed quality reports, metrics, and documentation to stakeholders. Train and mentor team members on QA/QC processes and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence. Ensure that all materials, equipment, and processes meet established quality standards before deployment or implementation. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance quality management practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably within the data center or construction industry. Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, standards, and tools. Familiarity with data center infrastructure, systems, and operations is highly desirable. Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus. Day-to-Day Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and certifications. Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness across the organization. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
