Plant HR ManagerLaSalle Network is hiring a Plant HR Manager for a leading food manufacturing organization in Washington, IN. The Plant HR Manager will play a key role in onboarding, compliance, employee relations and retention initiatives while serving as a trusted resource for both associates and management. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to make an immediate impact within an established organization.Responsibilities:Serve as a key HR partner to plant leadership and associates, supporting employee relations and workforce initiativesManage and facilitate new hire orientation programs to create a positive onboarding experienceCoach and counsel supervisors on employee relations, attendance, performance and workforce management mattersEnsure consistent application of company policies, procedures and employment practicesProvide training to leadership teams on HR policies and best practicesServe as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits and general HR-related questionsSupport employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve workforce effectivenessParticipate in peer review and management review processesAssist with HR compliance efforts, including documentation, audits and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and strengthen the overall employee experienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field5+ years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environmentPrevious experience supporting a manufacturing or plant environment preferredKnowledge of employment regulations, including ADA, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP and I-9 requirementsExperience with employee relations, compliance initiatives and HR documentationStrong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organizationExperience with automated timekeeping systems preferredAbility to travel occasionally for meetings or business needsKey Details:Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experienceBenefits: Comprehensive health, financial and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, FSA and 401(k)Location: Washington, INWork Model: Fully On-Site, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.If you're an experienced HR Manager in manufacturing that is looking to take the next step in your career, this opportunity offers the chance to influence workplace culture, support employees and partner with leaders in a dynamic environment.
