At Ivey Homes , we're a locally owned homebuilder serving the Augusta, GA/SC region and we take pride in building quality homes and taking care of our homebuyers from contract to close. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our team as a Contract and Closing Administrator .
About the Role
This is a cornerstone position on our team. You'll be the person our homebuyers, sales associates, and lenders count on to make sure every document, deadline, and detail is handled with care from the signed contract all the way to closing day.
What You'll Do
- Receive, review, and process all sales contract paperwork promptly
- Maintain a daily open items log and track all outstanding contract items
- Coordinate Change Orders, Amendments, and Design Studio selection changes
- Complete builder documents for lenders; maintain complete and accurate homebuyer files
- Coordinate and maintain the closing, HOOT (Homeowner Orientation Tour), inspection, and appraisal schedules
- Process lender and closing attorney paperwork
- Create homeowner binders
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Ivey team and homebuyers through closing
- Update pricing releases and generate reports
- Create design studio appointment folders; maintain and distribute recurring reports
- Submit surveys; request fence quotes from our vendor as needed
- Answer phones and provide general office support
