Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to run daily commercial operations in our lean organization. Reporting directly to the business owner—who focuses on strategy—you will drive the quote-to-cash lifecycle, manage inventory and purchasing, and provide exceptional service to key industrial customers.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary service contact for key industrial customers and resolve daily commercial issues.
• Manage the full quote-to-cash process in Sage 50, including quotes, sales orders, shipments, backorders, and invoicing.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable by posting cash receipts and conducting timely collections follow-ups to protect cash flow.
• Handle purchasing by issuing POs, updating vendor pricing/item records, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time customer shipments.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of operational experience in industrial distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing support.
• Direct hands-on experience using Sage 50 Quantum for order management, inventory, and billing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing, gross margins, and cash flow dynamics.
• Proven track record in customer service, order fulfillment, and vendor procurement.
• Exceptional organizational skills built for a fast-paced, small, and lean business environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
