As a Service Advisor , you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and our service department. Your day will include:

• Greeting customers promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle information
• Communicating vehicle symptoms clearly and accurately
• Recommending maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Preparing accurate labor and parts cost estimates
• Setting up appointments, follow-ups, and loaner vehicles (including insurance verification)
• Monitoring vehicle progress and keeping customers updated
• Ensuring final invoices match work performed
• Explaining completed work and charges in a clear, friendly way
• A track record of exceptional customer satisfaction
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor , Assistant Lane Manager , or Service Consultant
• High energy, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire for a long-term career with a growing automotive group
• Integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
