We’relooking for a talented Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization ofrealtimeoperating systems, tools, and applications used across aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, and industrial sectors. WhatYou’llDo Design, develop, test, andoptimizesoftware forhighperformance,realtimeenvironments Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code in C/C++ , along with scripting languages like Python or Bash Work closely with hardware, systems, and application engineering teams to integrate software with complexrealtimeplatforms Debug complex issues involving multithreading, scheduling, performance bottlenecks, andlowlevelsystem interactions Contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and documentation Support customer-facing teamsontechnical questions, integration challenges, and performance tuning Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to testing and release What You Bring Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , or related field Strong programming skills in C/C++ Experience with Linux , including kernel concepts, real-time environments, or performance optimization Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, scheduling, and system-level software Experience with scripting languages such as Python , Bash , or similar Excellentproblemsolving, debugging, and analytical skills Strong communicationskills and the ability to collaborate in acrossfunctionalengineering environment Nice to Have: Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) Familiarity with embedded systems or hardware interfaces Performance benchmarking and low-latency software experience Exposure to simulation, HIL testing, networking, or distributed systems WhoYou’llWork With You’llcollaborate with a multidisciplinary team across software engineering, hardware engineering, QA, and customer support — all working to delivermissioncriticalrealtimetechnology to some of the world’s most demanding industries.
