Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:40PM

Pay: $20 an Hour

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customers while working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm)

• Process customer orders via phone, email, and fax
• Perform accurate data entry and invoicing
• Answer inbound calls and provide product/pricing information
• Make outbound calls to existing (house) accounts
• Handle customer concerns, including research and resolution
• Process returns, credits, and substitutions for out-of-stock items
• Submit and follow up on mill claims (acting as liaison between mill and sales team)
• Participate in sales meetings as needed

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma required

Experience:

• 23 years of customer service experience Print or paper industry experience strongly preferred

Job Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in packaging or similar industries is a plus
