Senior Service Advisor - Customer Care & Repair Estimates
Tive, Inc.
Ricart Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers in the drive, review appointment reasons, and generate repair orders. You will dispatch to technicians, develop material and labor estimates, calculate payments, and verify warranty coverage. You’ll also arrange towing or transportation and handle follow-up calls to update customers on service status. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Tive, Inc.
