Job Description

We are seeking skilled assemblers to join our team. The role involves working at a workbench to assemble small connector parts using a microscope or magnifying glass to accurately place connectors. The position requires prepping and assembling connectors and cables using tweezers and other hand tools, following detailed written instructions. The work environment is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of small connector parts at a workbench.
• Use a microscope or magnifying glass to place connectors accurately.
• Prep and assemble connectors and cables using tweezers and other hand tools.
• Follow written work instructions meticulously.

Essential Skills

• Experience with microscope usage.
• Proficiency in assembly skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of electrical and cable assembly.
• Competence in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Perform basic math calculations.
• Conduct basic inspections.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 7am to 3:30pm, with initial training from 8am to 4:45pm. The role is based in a clean and organized environment, similar to a cleanroom setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, MA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
