PHYSICIAN - Plastic Surgeon - Fargo, ND

Job Summary

Essentia Health seeks a highly skilled, patient‑centered Plastic Surgeon to join our established Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice in Fargo, North Dakota. This full‑time (1.0 FTE) position offers a robust referral base, a broad scope of practice—including cosmetic and medical surgery—and collaboration with general surgery, nursing, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinic, procedure, and surgical services in a single integrated facility.
• Collaborate with wound care, hyperbaric, and breast cancer programs to expand treatment options and participate in multidisciplinary breast reconstruction care.
• Maintain an average clinic volume of 8–16 patients per day with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (36 patient contact hours per week).
• Engage in outreach to outlying Essentia clinic(s) and hospital(s) as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.

Compensation & Benefits
