Warehouse Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Receiving and Inventory Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Cannon Falls, MN
Pay Range: $20-$21/hour
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift availability
What's the Job?
- Unload raw material, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks.
- Visually inspect cartons received and their content for damage and accuracy.
- Verify pack slip quantities with actual products and confirm received materials against purchase orders.
- Perform inventory and receiving transactions daily in the ERP system.
- Operate a forklift safely to move materials and maintain an organized work area.
What's Needed?
- HS Diploma/GED
- Prior Forklift Experience
- Ability to operate a forklift and perform manual tasks safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts.
