Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representative Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location : Madison, IN
Overtime : Possible overtime available
Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Customer service and clerical experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Professional and reliable work history preferred

About the Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Providing professional customer service support to clients and customers
Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Entering and updating information using Microsoft Excel and company systems
Managing clerical tasks to support daily business operations
Reviewing customer information and resolving issues efficiently
Communicating with internal teams to assist with customer needs
Maintaining organized files, reports, and administrative documents
