About the Role We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to keep our e-commerce industrial supply business running smoothly. You will be the friendly voice answering our customer calls, the reliable hand processing our weekly payroll, and a key link between our company and customers, as well as the steady professional helping the team as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Service & Orders: Answer phone calls, assist customers with pricing and availability, enter sales orders, and track shipments.
- Payroll & HR: Process weekly payroll, review timecards, manage time off, and help onboard new employees.
- Office Operations: Monitor email, keep the office stocked with supplies, manage mail, organize files, and handle day-to-day admin tasks.
- Warehouse Coordination: If needed, communicate with warehouse staff to physically verify inventory and ensure orders are fulfilled.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, bank deposits, and tracking expenses, basic QuickBooks and PayPal knowledge is a plus
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5+ years of office management experience
- Education: High school diploma required (Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Professional, friendly phone etiquette and a strong dedication to customer service.
