We're Looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A): As the C.N.A you will be responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents.

This position is responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Essential functions include assisting residents with activities of daily living, dining, housekeeping services, life enrichment activities, escorting residents to programming, taking vital signs, and participating in training programs. Other duties as assigned.

Competencies required include technical skills, communication, initiative, flexibility, interpersonal skills, teamwork, professionalism, and ethics. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working long hours with frequent night and weekend shifts.

Education and experience requirements include state certification as a nursing assistant, certification in CPR, AED, and first aid, and two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
