As Branch Manager II, you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M+) and ensure consistent financial performance, compliant operations, and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy, execution, and results. Key responsibilities include:

• Own the branch P&L, driving revenue growth and operating income.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand market share.
• Direct daily functions across customer service, distribution, and respiratory services.
• Set workflows, schedules, and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage inventory for durable medical equipment, supplies, and facility resources.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach staff; set clear expectations and evaluate performance.
• Enforce policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Demonstrated leadership of teams (2+ direct reports) and complex operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Ability to resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
