Pay Range*: Between $60 - $65 per hours

Location: Bowling Green, OH As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for owning safety as the #1 priority by modeling and enforcing an accident?free culture.
- Be responsible for leading site safety standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for supporting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and lessons learned.
- Be responsible for directing daily construction operations for data center projects.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, installation strategies, and site logistics.
- Be responsible for maintaining 5?week look?ahead schedules, labor forecasts, and daily progress tracking.
- Be responsible for overseeing field operations to meet production goals, budgets, and schedule milestones.
- Be responsible for acting as senior SME for low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, and customer specifications.
- Be responsible for leading testing and commissioning activities including OTDR, power meter validation, labeling, and QA protocols.
- Be responsible for identifying design gaps, conflicts, or changes; driving RFIs, clarifications, and scope adjustments.
- Be responsible for managing large technician teams (60+ union/nonunion).
- Be responsible for conducting hiring, training, and evaluations for onsite personnel.
- Be responsible for providing technical coaching and mentorship to elevate crew capabilities.
- Be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and craftsmanship.
- Be responsible for participating in meetings, site walks, technical discussions, and milestone reviews.
- Be responsible for proactively resolving challenges around workflow, delays, and installation issues.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5+ years supervisory experience on large-scale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage large, dispersed field teams (60+).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Mastery of low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installation.
- Advanced commissioning and telecom quality control experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and construction management platforms.
- Experience working with union telecom crews and labor compliance.
- Data center new build or retrofit experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- BICSI Technician (TECH) certification.
- BICSI RCDD certification.
