About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill children and their families. This position is perfect for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients' families.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
Uphold the highest standards of care and safety in a fast-paced, critical care setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatric or intensive care.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
