Title: Production Operator Location: Norfolk, NE Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Must be flexible to stay later as production needs change) 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 10:30PM Pay Rate: $17/hour +DOE Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Operators to join a dynamic industrial production team in Norfolk, NE. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, value workplace safety, and take pride in quality workmanship. Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure steady daily workflow. Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards. Follow all workplace safety, PPE, and operational guidelines closely. Keep work stations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Assist team members across production lines as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred. Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and ability to work overtime as required. Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout a standard shift. Run standard production machinery through daily completion. Benefits Weekly Pay!
