Physical Therapist – New Grads Welcome in Outpatient Orthopedics

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Hallandale Beach, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist and welcoming both experienced clinicians and new graduates. This is a strong setting for a PT who wants orthopedic experience, a supportive pace, and time to develop strong patient relationships.

The clinic sees 2 patients per hour , allowing you to treat with focus instead of rushing between patients.

• 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, mobility work, and functional training
• Help patients understand their goals and home programs
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans
• Document care accurately
• Communicate with PTAs and clinic team members

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
