Schedule: Flexible availability between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET | Occasional Saturdays

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
• At least one year of tenure in each of your last three positions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work an assigned shift within the required availability window
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured procedures
• Hardwired internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
• No planned time off during the first 90 days
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties:

• Manage high-volume inbound customer calls
• Respond to account inquiries and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
• Provide clear information regarding mortgages, housing, permits, and related topics
• Document customer interactions and complete post-call tasks
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity, and schedule-adherence goals
