About the Opportunity

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume Quick Service Restaurant locations in Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching restaurant teams, and has a strong track record of improving sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for multiple restaurant locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to build strong leadership teams.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food cost, and overall profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of company operating standards and brand expectations.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute operational initiatives and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Current or recent District Manager, Area Director, Area Coach, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Quick Service Restaurant experience required.
• Proven success leading multiple high-volume locations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain General Managers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market.
