Sr. Program Manager, AWS PXT Marketing

This isn't just any program management role – you'll be the conductor who harmonizes efforts across multiple HR functions, from Business Partners to Talent Management, People Analytics to Diversity & Inclusion teams. you will independently manage and drive programs and initiatives for the Audible Talent Operations & Programs team. You will lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, including process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery of key operational improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, and business teams.Key job responsibilitiesYour day-to-day will be diverse and challenging. -Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures- Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including user acceptance testing and training material development- Track and manage project milestones, proactively identifying risks and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadership- Execute change management activities by creating comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions- Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements across talent management and change management processes-You will use AI to help simplify processes across talent, compensation and PXT projects. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
