The Warehouse Associate II supports daily warehouse logistics to operate at maximum efficiency. This position is primarily responsible for various warehouse tasks such as shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

• Receiving and Unloading

• Quality Control
• Coaching & Mentoring (Training)
• Additional Assignments

Basic qualifications include:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training

Working conditions include:

Our merit-based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target compensation range for this Non-Exempt role is up to $21.15-21.63 Hourly, or $44,000-45,000 if annualized, DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and 12% Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
