• Run shifts independently and confidently from start to finish • Maintain strong food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service • Manage cash handling and daily operational procedures • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and basic administrative tasks • Train and support team members when scheduled together • Step into any position as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly • Handle guest concerns professionally and calmly

This position regularly requires working alone. You must be comfortable managing responsibilities independently and staying productive without direct supervision.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Restaurant experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members • Basic computer knowledge • Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register • Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed • Must be able to bend, stand, and walk for the entire shift • Must be able to frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds

Training will be provided on all roles and responsibilities to ensure your success.
