Assistant Production Engineer

About the role This is a production operations role responsible for daily manufacturing operations, process optimization, and facility maintenance in a chemical production environment. Key responsibilities Create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform daily operations in accordance with standard operation procedures Make daily operation logs and perform container internal and external cleaning Conduct mixing and filling activities Perform chemical sampling and checks, sign on log sheets, and ensure proper filing Check and maintain scheduled preventive maintenance works Troubleshoot all production process problems Manage stock of safety PPEs, tools, and absorbent pads Provide guidance and training for new operators Monitor and maintain good practices and housekeeping in production areas About you Chemical engineering degree preferred 1 year of experience MS Office, problem solving skills, SPC, and SAP knowledge Microsoft Access knowledge will be a plus Willing to learn and do ad-hoc works #J-18808-Ljbffr KANTO KAGAKU (S) PTE LTD
