Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time | Gahanna, OH

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, do you have the time and support to provide the level of patient care you want—or does your day feel rushed?

Beecher Crossing Dental is growing, and we're adding a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our team! This is a NEW position created because our private practice is getting busier and seeing increased patient flow.

We currently have two RDHs on our team and are adding a third to help us continue providing exceptional care to our patients. If you're looking for a practice where you'll be valued, supported, and treated as an important part of the team, we'd love to meet you.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS OPPORTUNITY

• 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Full-time preferred; part-time available (minimum 2 days/week)
• $50–$55/hour starting pay , based on experience
• Earn up to $60–$65/hour with productivity and bonus opportunities

YOUR PATIENT SCHEDULE

We want our hygienists to have the time to provide excellent care—not simply rush from patient to patient.

• New patient appointments: 70 minutes
• Regular prophy appointments: 50 minutes
• Cavitron available
• Additional dental assistant support available when needed
• Accelerated hygiene available for hygienists who prefer it, with hygiene-assistant support

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
• Build strong relationships and educate patients about their oral health
• Serve as a treatment advocate by communicating clinical findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate diagnostic records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care
