Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering refined yet relaxed dining in a beautiful countryside setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team. This is an operational, guest-facing role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up. The role: Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and longes operations and service standards Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required Running smooth openings, services, and closes Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally You’ll work closely with management but remain floor-focused , leading by example.
