We're actively hiring for a full-time Test Support Specialist, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.If you enjoy solving technical problems, troubleshooting electronics, and working with advanced test equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills while supporting the production of innovative electronic products in a collaborative manufacturing environment.What You'll DoPerform complex testing and troubleshooting on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to component levelTest and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies at the system levelSet up test equipment and execute a variety of test procedures using prints and schematicsDevelop test procedures to meet customer specifications and product requirementsDocument test results and maintain accurate production recordsSupport customer return evaluations and troubleshooting activitiesInterface with customers to determine testing requirements for new product introductionsAssist with training and mentoring new employeesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test roleProven ability to test and troubleshoot printed circuit boards to component levelExperience working with analog, digital, RF, optical, and other electronic circuitryKnowledge of electrical circuits and electronic test methodologiesProficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipmentCapable of reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentationGeneral computer proficiency and basic math skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read and write in EnglishAssociate degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience preferredScheduleMonday –Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMWe offer flexible scheduling options-we're happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.Why You'll Love Working HereEnjoy a relaxed, team-focused culture where your work is valued, plus great perks like:Weekly treats (Popcorn Mondays, Fruit Tuesdays, Chips & Salsa Wednesdays, Soft Serve Thursdays)Early release on FridaysFree coffee dailyOn-site fitness and recreation centerApply today and start building your future with Cirtronics.
