Where We Need YouProtiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Engineering team. What You Can ExpectAs a Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.  You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.  You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.  You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. As an AWS EKS Lead, you will architect and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud platforms leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and executive leadership to accelerate cloud adoption and improve business outcomes.  You will lead cloud platform assessments, modernization programs, containerization initiatives, migration efforts, and operational transformation engagements. Do Your Talents Include the Following?Lead the architecture, implementation, and management of AWS-based cloud platforms.  Design and administer enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments using Amazon EKS.  Develop highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud-native architectures.  Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.  Establish CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices using modern DevOps tooling.  Build observability capabilities using monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.  Design secure cloud architectures aligned with industry security and compliance standards.  Lead cloud migration, containerization, and application modernization initiatives.  Optimize cloud performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.  Provide technical leadership across client engagements and delivery teams.  Mentor cloud engineers and architects while promoting engineering excellence.  Support proposal development, solution architecture, and new business pursuits.  Maintain strong relationships with delivery engineers and architects so that proposed solutions reflect real implementation experience. Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and senior technology leaders. Demonstrate consulting behaviors including active listening, structured problem solving, professional communication, clear documentation, and ownership of commitments. Your Educational and Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, IS, Comp Sci., etc.). 5+ years working in professional services industry. Professional Certification: Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional & AWS Certified Security – Specialty Our Hybrid WorkplaceProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$142,000.00 - $244,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
