Design customized exercise programs that cater to individual preferences and needs. Prioritize client safety, offering continuous support and motivation. Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the significance of a healthy lifestyle. Track and evaluate client progress to optimize results. Qualifications Background or interest in women's health and fitness. Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM). At least 1 year of experience.
