We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Ventura market. Inter/intra-department, Company transfers, and re-hires will not be considered new and therefore not eligible for any sign-on bonus. At 3 Day Blinds, you’ll meet with clients in their homes, help them design beautiful spaces, and guide them through a purchase all in one visit. With company-provided leads, paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have everything you need to build a high-impact career.
