Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members during assigned shifts to ensure excellent performance
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and paperwork
• Handle guest concerns professionally and support a positive dining experience
• Train new team members on food handling, service, and operational procedures

• Dependable, motivated, and ready to lead by example in a lively restaurant environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized and keep the shift running smoothly under pressure
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
